Aqua Arthritis - A warm water exercise program designed for people with severe arthritis and/or orthopedic problems. Its purpose is to reduce pain and stiffness and increase the range of motion in joints.
Aqua Balance - A class which will combine water pilates and cardio. Designed to unite the mind, strengthening and improving posture, flexibility and balance to create a more streamlined shape.
Aqua Combo - A combo class designed to have 30 minutes of aerobic activity followed with some water weight toning. Designed to increase both strength and aerobic capacity.
Aqua Splash - Cardio class in the water combined with weights & strength moves. This class will get your heart rate up while toning your entire body.
Aqua Variety - This class can be any of the above class formats. Guaranteed to get you moving.
Aqua Zumba - This class is an intense cardio workout with great latin music & moves.
Body Blast - A muscle conditioning class utilizing free weights and/or bands to develop overall muscle tone. Emphasis is also placed on the core muscle groups to improve posture, balance and flexibility.
Boot Camp - Meets in the basketball court. This class will take you through a full body workout in a circuit style format while getting your cardio workout at the same time. Awesome motivation and music.
Cardio Sculpt - Intervals of cardio followed by intervals of weights. Great for fat burning & toning muscles.
Chi Kung - An easy to learn practice with the primary purpose of the class to enhance and harmonize the flow of life energy (chi) through the body.
Express ABS - 30 minutes of Abs & Core work to firm & tone your mid-section.
Intervelocity - One minute of Cardio drills followed by one and a half minute strength drills. An excellent and efficient calorie burning class. Great for all levels. Excellent results.
Kickboxing - An awesome cardio workout while learning proper form for punches and kicks.
Linedancing - All ages & levels welcome. Come learn to line dance to different types of music. Great cardio class.
Pilates Fusion - A body conditioning routine that will build flexibility, strength & tone without muscle bulk. It will also strengthen the body's core. This class will use body weight, stability balls & bands.
Power Pump - A high energy water class with high energy music. A combination of traditional water aerobics, power aqua, circuit training, kickboxing and strength moves.
Power Yoga - Power Yoga is a western interpretation of Yoga based on Ashtanga Yoga. It is a fast moving, intense style of Yoga practice and is based on a progressive set sequence of poses and synchronized breathing.
R.I.P.P.E.D. - Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance & Diet. This class has it all, your one stop body shock...Any level welcome.
Running Club - Join us Saturday to run with a group of others. All levels welcome. Different routes are run each Saturday. Krisha will lead you through a fun, yet great cardio workout.
Sizzlin' Step - Great cardio class. Different steps take you through a 30 minute fun, cardio workout. Followed by 20 minutes of toning with weights.
Spin - Jump on and ride! Join the pack as we ride hills, sprints and recovery rides. All participants control their own intensity. Heart rate monitors are highly recommended. Please bring water and a personal towel. Cycle shoes are recommended but not required.
SpinYo - 30 minutes of spin followed by 30 minutes of Power Yoga. Excellent way to burn fat, & lengthen the muscles.
Yoga - This type of Yoga is a relatively slow paced, gentle Yoga and is a great place to start if you are completely new to Yoga. Like all types of Yoga, Hatha Yoga aims to unite the mind, body and spirit. A class designed to stretch you within your limits to gain flexibility, energy and balance. Learn to breathe with control to energize and apply technique to every day life.
Zumba - A cardio, dance fusion workout. Inspired by Latin and International rythms. Easy to follow moves make it perfect for all ages.
