Aqua Arthritis - A warm water exercise program designed for people with severe arthritis and/or orthopedic problems. Its purpose is to reduce pain and stiffness and increase the range of motion in joints.
Aqua Balance - A class which will combine water pilates and cardio. Designed to unite the mind, strengthening and improving posture, flexibility and balance to create a more streamlined shape.
Aqua Combo - A combo class designed to have 30 minutes of aerobic activity followed with some water weight toning. Designed to increase both strength and aerobic capacity.
Aqua Variety - This class can be any of the above class formats. Guaranteed to get you moving.
Body Blast - A muscle conditioning class utilizing free weights and/or bands to develop overall muscle tone. Emphasis is also placed on the core muscle groups to improve posture, balance and flexibility.
Body Sculpt - A non-impact toning and shaping class.
Boot Camp - Meets in the basketball court. This class will take you through a full body workout in a circuit style format while getting your cardio workout at the same time. Awesome motivation and music.
Hip Hop Hustle - Cardio class that takes the fun factor up a notch. Easy to follow hip hop moves incorporated into a fun cardio dance class.
Intervalocity - Three minutes of Cardio drills followed by one and a half minute strength drills. An excellent and efficient calorie burning class.
Kickboxing - An awesome cardio workout while learning proper form for punches and kicks.
Latin Impact Cardio - This class is a cardio class with latin dance moves incorporated into it.
Nia - Now you can achieve the strength of Pilates, the flexibility of yoga, the muscle tone of strength training, and top notch aerobic fitness, all through the revolutionary pleasure based fitness program that gets you in shape from the inside out.
Power Pump - A high energy water class with high energy music. A combination of traditional water aerobics, power aqua, circuit training, kickboxing and strength moves.
Power Yoga - Power Yoga is a western interpretation of Yoga based on Ashtanga Yoga. It is a fast moving, intense style of Yoga practice and is based on a progressive set sequence of poses and synchronized breathing.
Spin - Jump on and ride! Join the pack as we ride hills, sprints and recovery rides. All participants control their own intensity. Heart rate monitors are highly recommended. Please bring water and a personal towel. Cycle shoes are recommended but not required.
Step n' Sculpt - Step class combined with weights.
Tai Chi - An easy to learn practice with the primary purpose of the class to enhance and harmonize the flow of life energy (chi) through the body. This class takes place next door at Walker Physical Therapy in their theraputic pool.
Toning & Core - This class focuses on firming and defining the abdominal, core muscles and lower back.
Turbo Kickboxing - An awesome cardio workout, while learning proper form for punches and kicks.
Yoga - This type of Yoga is a relatively slow paced, gentle Yoga and is a great place to start if you are completely new to Yoga. Like all types of Yoga, Hatha Yoga aims to unite the mind, body and spirit. A class designed to stretch you within your limits to gain flexibility, energy and balance. Learn to breathe with control to energize and apply technique to every day life.
Zumba - A cardio, dance fusion workout. Inspired by Latin and International rythms. Easy to follow moves make it perfect for all ages.
